Our beans come from Triple Co Roast, an open-access speciality roastery in Bristol. They roast in small batches on a restored vintage Probat fired by renewable green gas, and trade direct with growers around the world, paying well over the going rate. Bright, sweet, properly fruity. Never bitter, never burnt.
