What is Drop-in?

We are a local work club and coffee house where you can use by the hour through monthly bundle memberships or day passes. Our clubs are spaces for modern workers to escape the rabbit hole of distractions and get their head down. Always focused. Always local. Always in real life.

There are no private offices, noisy co-workers or long term commitments. Just focus and flexibility, allowing you to get on with living your life.

Who can use Drop-in?

Everyone is invited. However you like to work, we have the solution for you. Whether you are an early riser, a lunch-time stroller or a 4pm coffee drinker. Whether you like a vibey playlist or a quiet focused space. Whether you like breakfast with the community or to share in some 5pm drinks. We have the spot for you. Our clubs are designed following years of customer feedback and data input, to enable you to be your most productive self (without ever needing to leave your neighbourhood).

How do I become a member?

Memberships and day passes can be bought via our website here,via our App or they can be purchased in club with our club managers.

Memberships are month-to-month and are designed for full flexibility.

Can I come in for a tour?

Yes of course, we'd love to show you around our club. Use this link to book in Clapton, this link to book in Richmond and this link to book in Wandsworth.

How do I access Drop-in?

Everything is done via our App.

Select the day and time you would like to access the club and make your booking. You then use the app to access the club.

What are your opening hours?

In Clapton we are open 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday.
In Richmond we are open 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 09:00 to 17:00 Saturday & Sunday.
In Wandsworth we are open 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 16:00 Saturday & Sunday.

Do you have private offices?

No. We are a new kind of workspace, completely unlike traditional co-working spaces. We focus purely on you and our aim is to equip all employees for the perfect day at work. Whether you want to do focused work or to use one of our sound-proof phonebooths. We also have bookable meeting rooms.

Are there quiet spaces?

Yes. We have a dedicated quiet area in each club and have an ambundance of sound-proof phonebooths in each.

Can I take calls from Drop-in?

Yes, we ask that members use headphones when taking calls or to step in to one of our sound-proof phonebooths. We also have quiet areas where no calls are permitted.

Do you allow animals in Drop-in?

Of course - we love dogs! Everyone is invited.

What security is in place?

Our clubs have 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and secure access control to ensure secure access for all our members.

Do you have private meeting rooms?

Yes each of our clubs have a bookable meeting room for you to use. Whether you’re a member or just need a space for a few hours, you’re welcome to use it. Each room comes with a TV, whiteboard and you can even order coffee straight to you. Just drop us a message to book your room.

What are my membership options?

We offer a range of membership types to suit everyone! Our plans are the most flexible around. You can see all pricing on our Memberships page here.

Can I expense my membership?

Yes, of course. Contact us on hello@drop-in.com or speak to one of our club managers, we are happy to set you up to have this conversation with your employer.

How do I freeze my membership?

Memberships can be frozen with 48 hours notice. We allow memberships to be frozen for up to 1 month per year. Contact us on hello@drop-in.com or speak to one of our club managers.

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

We have no fixed-term contracts. You can cancel at anytime with at least 24 hours notice before your renewal date.

Can I bring a guest?

Each membership plan has a complementary guest pass allowance included. Two passes are included in our unlimited membership.

Can I refer a friend?

We are all about community and everyone is invited to Drop-in. Email us on hello@drop-in.com and we will let you know what you stand to gain if you refer a friend.

What happens if I run out hours?

If you are on our club membership and have used all of your monthly hours but wish to use more, we can upgrade you to our unlimited membership. Simply reach out through the app, contact us on hello@drop-in.com or speak to one of our club managers.
