How do hours work?
Each plan gives you a bucket of hours per month. Tap in at reception, tap out when you leave. Hours reset at the start of your billing month — whenever you joined — and don't roll over.
Can I cancel and come back?
Completely flexible. Pause for a month, take three off, come back when you need us. No freeze fees, no rejoining fees. Built around your schedule, not the other way round.
What's the 6-month plan?
Same membership, 10% cheaper. You pay 6 months up front and lock in your home Drop-in. After that you can cancel, switch tier, or roll into a fresh 6 months and keep the discount.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page already includes VAT. The number you see is the number you pay.
How does the coffee perk work?
Every member gets 20% off coffee — filter, flat whites, oat lattes, the lot. Walk up, tap your card, done. No app, no points.
How far ahead can I book a desk?
Club and Pro can book a desk 3 days ahead. Unlimited gets a 7-day booking window so you can lock in your week.
Can I switch between Club, Pro and Unlimited?
Yep. Move up or down any time from your account. Upgrades kick in immediately, downgrades from your next billing cycle.
Can I use any Drop-in?
Club and Pro are tied to a single home Drop-in (Clapton, Richmond or Wandsworth). Unlimited works at all of them.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly is monthly. The 6-month plan is a 6-month commitment in exchange for the discount, then it's month-to-month.
